My Story

I am Daniella DeNicola, and most people call me Dani. I grew up in New Jersey in a sports-loving family. Instead of trips to tropical destinations or European countries, my family and I went to sports games.

I knew in high school that I wanted to work in sports. Sports was one of the few things that I truly felt connected to. It's given me friends, passions, and experiences I could never dream of.

Sports has given me a home. It's shown me the power of community and loyalty. It's been there for me when I've been at my lowest.

Which is why I love sports communications. I want to have the ability to show people how sports can impact their lives. It can be either from attending their first Texas football game or reading about a small-town hero. It's my passion to share the community that is sport.
